The terms and conditions apply to the use of the www.watfordschooluniforms.co.uk website. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to consent to these terms and conditions.

Kindly note, these terms and conditions are frequently modified and may change whenever, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before placing an order with us, just in case there are any changes. If you don’t consent to the terms and conditions set out underneath, you should refrain from using or accessing the website.

Registration

In order to place an order, edit your order or use our services, you will be required to register with us with a username and password. It is your responsibility to ensure that these details are safe with you and you do not share them with anyone. If you trust that any unauthorised activity is taking place through your account, please let us know immediately.

Purchase of Products

Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase products or services from us. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we despatch the order. This will be no later than 1 week after we have received payment from you.

Payment and Refunds

We accept payments made in sterling pounds only by authorised debit/credit cards and PayPal for online purchases and debit/credit cards and cash for in-store purchases. The payments will be taken at the time of placing an order. If the payment has not been made in full, we may cancel your order. The orders are dispatched only once we have received the clearance on funds.

    • By Email – both individually and through schools (Pupil Premium)
  • B. The orders can be paid by
    • Card – Securely Online, Over the phone and in store
    • Cash – In store & if agreed in advance on delivery
    • BACS – Both in store & by email
    • PayPal – Online on our website
  • C. Through our Investment Plan with 0% interest – Free of Charge Service
    • Orders can be placed in store by paying a small deposit of 10 %
    • These items are then reserved by us for a period of 2 months
    • Customers have 8 weeks to pay for their complete order – extendable for 2 more weeks
    • Upon full payment the order can either be collected or delivered.
    • Available throughout the year but especially helpful during the summer months when
    children are moving schools and require a full uniform.

Exchanges/Returns

All items brought from our store/website can be returned/exchanged within 30 days from the date of invoice/purchase. The items to be returned/exchanged must be free from any damage, unworn and in a saleable condition. We are also happy to accept/ exchange items if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The items can be returned at our store or posted to our registered address. Any items returned after 30 days will be at a discretion of Watford School Uniforms. This does not interfere with your Statutory Rights as a customer.

We do exchange sale items but do not offer refunds on sale items. We issue credit notes when items of sale are returned.

Delivery

The cost of delivery will be displayed at the checkout and will be a part of the total cost to be paid. All orders of value £60 or above will be free of any delivery cost.

The orders will usually be dispatched within 3-5 working days once the payment has been approved and we have accepted your order. If an item is out of stock (i.e. if you have more than one item in your cart), we will attempt to deliver the items available and again confirm with you before we attempt to deliver the balance items. We attempt to deliver all orders placed with us within 5-7 working days.

During back to school times in the months of July, August and until mid September, there may be a delay in our delivery times. It can take upto 7-10 working days

As soon as you have accepted delivery of the goods, you will be responsible for them including any damage that may occur to them.

Product Description

We try our best to ensure that all the details, descriptions, prices and images pertaining to our products displayed on our website are accurate at the item of entering into the system. Although we make an attempt to ensure that our product descriptions are up-to-date, it may happen that the information appearing at a specific time may not generally mirror the position while placing the order.

We reserve the right to address any typographical errors or exclusions, and to change or refresh data or drop orders if any data on our website is wrong, without earlier notice (including after you have placed your order).

Please note than all the prices appearing on our website are in pound sterling and inclusive of any VAT applicable.

Cancelling an Order

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased by us. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting via e-mail/billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

If in the event that you’ve placed an order for collection with us, you must collect it within 7 working days from the date of invoice. If you fail to collect the order within 7 working days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the money/credit note.

You have the right to cancel an order within 24hrs of placing an order with us.

Privacy Policy

Watford School Uniforms, Ltd. strives to protect your privacy and to keep your personal information as secure as possible. This includes your billing, credit card & account information-none of which can be read or intercepted online as it travels to or from our systems.

Watford School Uniforms, Ltd. does not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share or divulge your personal information, such as name, email address, physical address, phone numbers, buying history, etc. We will not ask your permission to do so. Your information stays here, period. You do not have to worry about receiving unsolicited email from other companies or individuals as a result of shopping at www.watfordschooluniforms.com. There are no exceptions.

Terms & Conditions for the Free Blazer Offer

Please see below for the terms and conditions for our online and in store promotions. These terms and conditions apply to the offer in store and the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website or avail the offer in store.

Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please contact our Customer Services team by email ([email protected]) or by phone 01923 230000 Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 11am to 4pm.

  • The Free Blazer Offer is valid for the month of July 2021 only.
  • On all promotions and discounts only one offer can be claimed at one time. You are only able to use one offer per order and we cannot apply the offer retrospectively.
  • The offer is applicable for ONE CHILD only per order and cannot be combined for 2 or more children together.
  • The offer is applied on a minimum pruchase of £150 on one single order.
  • The free blazer will be the cheapest Blazer in your purchase order.
  • The Free Blazer Offer is valid only for the customers of Bushey Meads School And Parmiter’s School.
  • Offer cannot be used against items in our sale/clearance section.
  • The items purchased on the free blazer offer invoice are non-refundable. The customer may however exchange the sizes of the items that are a part fo the invoice. The fare difference, if any, shall have to be paid by the customer.
  • The offer will be null and void if while exchange the minimum puchase price goes below £150 and the price difference if any will have to be paid by the customer. Eg. If you bought 5 items for £155  and you exchanged one item of £15 for an item worth £10, the price of the Free Blazer will revert to its original price.
  • No other offer can be applied retrospectively if you choose to return an item.
  • We reserve the right to amend the offer terms and conditions from time to time, when we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
