Purchase of Products
Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase products or services from us. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we despatch the order. This will be no later than 1 week after we have received payment from you.
Payment and Refunds
We accept payments made in sterling pounds only by authorised debit/credit cards and PayPal. The payments will be taken at the time of placing an order. If the payment has not been made in full, we may cancel your order. The orders are dispatched only once we have received the clearance on funds.
All items brought from our store/website can be returned/exchanged within 28 days from the date of invoice/purchase. The items to be returned/exchanged must be free from any damage, unworn and in a saleable condition. We are also happy to accept/ exchange items if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
The items can be returned at our store or posted to our registered address. On receipt of items in case of returns, you’ll be given a credit note with a validity of 6 months from the date of returning the items. This credit note will be issued for items purchased from our store and can be used at our store only.
We do exchange sale items but do not offer refunds on sale items. We issue credit notes when items of sale are returned.
The cost of delivery will be displayed at the checkout and will be a part of the total cost to be paid. All orders of value £50 or above will be free of any delivery cost.
The orders will usually be dispatched within 2-3 working days once the payment has been approved and we have accepted your order. If an item is out of stock (i.e. if you have more than one item in your cart), we will attempt to deliver the items available and again confirm with you before we attempt to deliver the balance items. We attempt to deliver all orders placed with us within 3-5 working days.
As soon as you have accepted delivery of the goods, you will be responsible for them including any damage that may occur to them.
We try our best to ensure that all the details, descriptions, prices and images pertaining to our products displayed on our website are accurate at the item of entering into the system. Although we make an attempt to ensure that our product descriptions are up-to-date, it may happen that the information appearing at a specific time may not generally mirror the position while placing the order.
We reserve the right to address any typographical errors or exclusions, and to change or refresh data or drop orders if any data on our website is wrong, without earlier notice (including after you have placed your order).
Please note than all the prices appearing on our website are in pound sterling and inclusive of any VAT applicable.
Cancelling an Order
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased by us. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting via e-mail/billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
If in the event that you’ve placed an order for collection with us, you must collect it within 7 working days from the date of invoice. If you fail to collect the order within 7 working days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the money/credit note.
You have the right to cancel an order within 24hrs of placing an order with us.
